Our Automatic PLC Controlled Ammonia Dissociation Unit with Heat Insulation is designed to produce high-purity dissociated ammonia gas, consisting primarily of hydrogen and nitrogen, for heat treatment, brazing, annealing, and metallurgical applications. Equipped with an advanced PLC control system, it enables fully automatic operation, precise temperature regulation, and real-time system monitoring for reliable performance. The heat-insulated reactor design minimizes thermal losses, improves energy efficiency, and ensures stable gas production. Constructed with durable, high-temperature-resistant materials, the unit offers long service life and low maintenance requirements.
